Counselling provides the chance to explore problems confidentially with a qualified professional in a safe, impartial and non-judgemental way. It may not provide all the answers but it can help to find effective ways of coping and finding your own solutions.

Buxton Counselling Service offers professional counselling to individuals (including children), couples and businesses in the North Derbyshire, Stockport and East Cheshire areas.

We provide confidential counselling for a range of issues including:

Low mood
Occupational issues

We also offer an Eating Disorders telephone helpline for those living at a distance from the practice.
